Vakeró, Dominican performer of urban Latin Music and beyond, will give two exclusive performances in the Northeast this August. For residents of Lawrence, MA, Vakeró will appear one night only, at Club Attika on Friday, August 11th, and then in New York City at the legendary SOBs on Saturday, August 12th commencing at 8PM. The artist will be accompanied by his full band, Los Habacuc, and he will sing all of his hits, including his most recent singles “Mi sepelio,” and “Esto no e’ de Dios.” Vakeró contemplates debuting a few unpublished songs from his new record, MUTACIONES, which is slated to launch at the end of September of this year.
On the 13th of August, Vakeró will participate in the Dominican Day Parade, which will flow down 6th Avenue in Manhattan, and will preside over the Coca-Cola float.
