J & N’s favor in a dispute wherein Sony Music Entertainment and The Orchard

An amicable settlement has been reached in J & N’s favor in a dispute wherein Sony Music Entertainment and The Orchard were digitally distributing Luis Vargas recordings on behalf of GreenLite Music Group and Urbano Live Entertainment.

Pursuant to the settlement, The Orchard, Sony, Urbano Live and GreenLite acknowledge their error in exploiting these recordings without the required authorizations from J & N Records, have agreed to render full compensation to J & N for the damages resulting from the unauthorized exploitations.

Included in the settlement are Luis Vargas recordings owned and controlled by Jose Luis Records, which recordings are digitally distributed throughout the world by J & N Records.
